Here is a beautifully  handcrafted  Lemon Yellow glass stone with Clear Glitter Nail Polish Adjustable Ring Jewelry.

Apply one to two coats of glitter clear nail polish on the Yellow Glass Stone to get a good covering.I needed two coats with it to keep it from being terribly spotty.Let it dry completely. Then  stuck securely on an adjustable ring base using e6000 industrial strength glue.

Mango Ice Cream Milkshake

Mango Milkshake is a cool and tempting drink. This recipe for mango Ice Cream milkshake is very simple, easy and quick.

INGREDINETS:

• 3 large scoops of mango ice cream
• 1 cup of chilled milk
• 2 drops of vanilla essence (I substituted vanilla essence with a pinch of cardamom powder. Cardamom powder or saffron make it flavored and even more interesting)
• 2 tbsp. of powdered sugar (Instead of adding sugar,you can add a spoon or two of condensed milk to sweeten the milkshake).
  

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Blend all ingredients until smooth. Adjust the thickness of Mango Ice-Cream Milkshake according to your desire. If you want a thicker shake, add more ice cream and add more milk if you want to make it thinner.
• Pour into a glass and garnish it with some chopped pistachio nuts. You can use any nuts of your liking or even skip it and serve plain.

Kerala Style Chicken Fry

INGREDIENTS

• Skinless,Boneless chicken Breast- 1 cut into small pieces
• Coconut oil for frying

For Marinade

• Curd – 2 Tbsp.
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp.
• Red chilli powder – 1 tsp.
• Black Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – ^1/4 tsp.
• Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp.
• Salt to taste

METHOD:

• Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients for marinade and keep in the refrigerator overnight or at least for 30 minutes.
• Heat coconut oil in a  pan and deep fry or shallow fry the chicken pieces until it is cooked, or until it is crispy and browned.

• Serve it as an Appetizer or with rice, chapatti etc. Enjoy!!!
