Omelette

INGREDIENTS:
  • Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
  • Onions (finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Egg - 2 nos
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp 
  • Salt - As reqd
  • Green Peppers (bell peppers) - 2 nos 
METHOD:
  • Heat oven in omelette pan.
  • Whisk egg, onion, salt and pepper in pan.
  • Saute  in pan, then add green pepper and cook lightly.
  • Add egg mixture to pan and cook.
  • Allow to brown slightly, then fold omelette.
