Oats-Mango Shake

INGREDIENTS:
  • Mango - 1 large peeled, pitted and chopped
  • Oats - 1 cup
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Cashew nuts - 6 (Optional)
  • Sugar - 3 Tbsp
METHOD:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
If you want, you can use a scoop of ice-cream as topping.
