Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter-Apple Cake


 INGREDIENTS:
  • All Purpose Flour - 1 cup 
  • Egg - 1 
  • Brown sugar/White Sugar - 1/2 up
  • Extra Crunchy Peanut butter - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • Apple, Peeled and chopped - 1 cup
METHOD:
  • Preheat oven to 360°F. 
  • Grease a pan well with butter.
  • In a mixing bowl,beat egg until fluffy.
  • Add brown sugar to this and mix well.
  • Add peanut butter, milk, and vanilla; and mix well.
  • Stir in flour, cinnamon, and apples by hand just until combined. If you need, beat with a hand mixer, whisk or spoon until the mixture comes together.

  • Pour the batter into the cake pan and level the batter.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or it is until done.
  • You can insert a wooden pick in the center of the cake to test if the cake is fully baked.
  • Allow Peanut Butter-Apple Cake to cool completely before cutting into desired shape and serve.
