In a mixing bowl, add Eggs and beat well using a hand mixer.
Add Sugar and beat together for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add 4Tbsp milk and mix well.
Add All purpose flour and Baking powder. Just make the flour to mix with the other ingredients.
Finally add the Vanilla extract and mix again.
Grease the baking pan and its sides with Butter.
Pour the Cake Batter to the baking pan.
Now place the baking pan in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until the tooth pick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Allow it to cool in pan for 20 minutes.
Invert cake onto cooling rack to cool completely before applying frosting or decorating.
Apply Caramel Topping on the top of the cake.
Start on the side and apply a 1/4-inch-thick layer of icing, a little at a time and complete the circle.If you like, you can make beautiful designs on the top and sides of the cake with icing.
