Anchovies(Netholi) fish fry


INGREDIENTS:
  • Nethili meen (Anchovies fish) - 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp ( if more spicy is needed, add more)
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon or vinegar - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil for frying
METHOD:
Wash and clean the fish.Cut / pinch off the head and tail part of Netholi fish and wash it well.
Mix it along with the above ingredients and allow it to marinate for 15 to 30 mins.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish.
Fry in medium flame in small batches, ( 5 or 6 fish at a time ) according to the size of the pan means don't crowd the pan with more fish.
Fry it till it become brown color. 
Serve it hot with Rice or Kappa Puzhukku.
