Ingredients For marinating chicken:
- Boneless chicken (cleaned & Cut into small pieces) – 1/2 lb
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Red chill powder - ¼ tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Meat masala – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp

METHOD:
Clean the chicken and cut them into small pieces. Mix chicken pieces in all the marinating ingredients. Marinate the chicken for 1 –2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry the chicken on low-medium heat until it turns brown on all sides. This may take about 10-15 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Transfer the fried chicken pieces to a serving dish and add some freshly squeezed lemon juice on top before serving. If u need, u can decorate the chicken fry with thinly sliced onion and tomatoes.
