INGREDIENTS:
- Grated beetroot - 1 (medium size)
- Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
- Onion , chopped - 1 no
- Green chilies, sliced - 2 nos
- Ginger, chopped - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 string
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp
- Dried red chilies - 2 nos
- Heat oil in. a pan
- Splutter mustard seeds,and add dried red chilies, onion, green chilies, ginger and curry leaves. Saute it well.
- Add black pepper powder,turmeric and salt.
- Add grated beetroot, grated coconut and little water.
- Cook over a low flame.
- Serve it with rice.
