Easy Curd(Yogurt) Curry

INGREDIENTS:
  • Curd(Yogurt) - 1 cup
  • Green chilly paste - 1 tsp or chopped green chillies - 2 nos
  • Ginger paste - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - to taste 
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp 
METHOD:
  • Take Curd in a mixing bowl.
  • Beat the curd well and add green chilly paste, Ginger paste, and enough salt and mix well.
  • If you want, you can add little water to reduce the thickness of the curd.
  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds in it.
  • Switch off the heat and pour the seasoning over the Curd.
  • Mix well and serve.
  • Can serve this instant Curd Curry with rice, Chapati or Naan.
