Easy Curd(Yogurt) Curry
INGREDIENTS:
- Curd(Yogurt) - 1 cup
- Green chilly paste - 1 tsp or chopped green chillies - 2 nos
- Ginger paste - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
METHOD:
- Take Curd in a mixing bowl.
- Beat the curd well and add green chilly paste, Ginger paste, and enough salt and mix well.
- If you want, you can add little water to reduce the thickness of the curd.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds in it.
- Switch off the heat and pour the seasoning over the Curd.
- Mix well and serve.
- Can serve this instant Curd Curry with rice, Chapati or Naan.
