- Dosa batter – 2 cups
- Veggetables, finely chopped - (beans, carrots, cauliflower, tomato) you can add any vegetables you might have
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Green chilly – 1 no, chopped
- Onion, finely chopped – 1/2 cup
- Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Now take one spoonful of dosa batter and gently pour this batter onto the center of the pan spread the dosa batter into a round.
- Spread the vegetables on the top of the batter so that they stick firmly to the dosa.
- When the bottom side of the dosa is done, turn the dosa and allow the veggies to roast well.
- Serve hot with Coriander chutney or any other chutney.
