Vegetable Dosa

vegetable Dosa (11)INGREDIENTS:
  • Dosa  batter – 2 cups
  • Veggetables, finely chopped - (beans, carrots, cauliflower, tomato) you can add any vegetables you might have
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Green chilly – 1 no, chopped
  • Onion, finely chopped – 1/2 cup
  • Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp vegetable Dosa (1)vegetable Dosa (10)
If you want you can add small quantity of chopped green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and red bell pepper to make your dosa more colorful :)
METHOD:
  • Heat oil in a pan.

  • Now take one spoonful of dosa batter and gently pour this batter onto the center of the pan spread the dosa batter into a round.

  • Spread the vegetables on the top of the batter so that they stick firmly to the dosa.
  • When the bottom side of the dosa is done, turn the dosa and allow the veggies to roast well.

  • Serve hot with Coriander  chutney or any other chutney.
