Egg Masala
INGREDIENTS:-
- Boiled Eggs -2 nos
- Sliced Onions -1 no
- Ginger-garlic paste -1 tsp
- Curry leaves -1 string
- Tomato sliced -1no
- Salt – to taste
- Oil- as needed
- Chilly Powder -1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
- Egg Masala – 1 tsp (You can use Meat masala,Vegetable masala or Garam masala)
METHOD:-
- Heat oil in the pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds and add Onion,Curry leaves in it.
- Saute for few minutes and add ginger garlic paste.
- Saute till onions turn brown.
- Add the chilly powder, coriander powder and egg masala, salt and saute it again for few minutes.
- Add tomato slices and mix well.
- Heat it for 5 minutes,stirring in between.The gravy should be sauteed very well,until it is almost brown in color.
- Add 1 cup of water and simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Just before switching off add boiled eggs into it and stir well.
