Oats-Carrot Shake
INGREDIENTS:
Milk - 2 cups
Carrot (Peeled and chopped) - 2 nos
Oats - 1/2 cup
Honey - 3 Tbsp
Cashew nuts (optional) - 8 nos
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
