Oats-Carrot Shake

INGREDIENTS:
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Carrot (Peeled and chopped) - 2 nos
  • Oats - 1/2 cup
  • Honey - 3 Tbsp
  • Cashew nuts (optional) - 8 nos 
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy and smooth. 
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
