INGREDIENTS:
- Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
 - Onions (finely chopped) - 1 no
 - Egg - 2 nos
 - Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
 - Salt - As reqd
 - Green Peppers (bell peppers) - 2 nos
 
METHOD:
- Heat oven in omelette pan.
 - Whisk egg, onion, salt and pepper in pan.
 - Saute in pan, then add green pepper and cook lightly.
 - Add egg mixture to pan and cook.
 - Allow to brown slightly, then fold omelette.
