- Mango - 1 large peeled, pitted and chopped
- Oats - 1 cup
- Milk - 2 cups
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cashew nuts - 6 (Optional)
- Sugar - 3 Tbsp
METHOD:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.Pour into glasses and serve.
If you want, you can use a scoop of ice-cream as topping.
