Strawberry cup cakes

INGREDIENTS:
  • All Purpose Flour - 1 1/4 Cups
  • Sugar - 1 Cup
  • Baking Powder - 1 Tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 Tsp
  • Butter - 1 Cup 
  • Eggs - 4 nos
  • Vanilla - 1 Tsp
  • Mashed Strawberries - 1/2 Cup
  • Strawberry Syrup - 1/4 Cup (optional)
METHOD:
  • Preheat oven to 350°. Line two 6-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners; set aside.
  • Sift together the all purpose flour,sugar, baking powder & salt. 
  • Add it in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Add melted butter to the flour mix and mix well.
  • In another mixing bowl, beat together the 4 eggs.
  • Add the mashed strawberries, strawberry syrup & vanilla in it and mix well.
  • Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry, and mix well.


  • Divide batter evenly among prepared muffin cups. 
  • Transfer muffin tin to oven and bake until tops are just dry to the touch, 25 minutes. 
  • Transfer muffin pan to a wire rack and let cupcakes cool completely in pan before icing.
