Sweet Wheat Dosa
INGREDIENTS:
- Wheat flour-2cups
- Sugar - 4 Tbsp
- Cardamom powder-1tsp
- Grated coconut -1/2 cup
- Ghee for roasting dosa.
- warm water - 2 cups
METHOD:- In a large bowl mix together wheat flour, sugar and cardamom powder.
- Add water to this wheat mix to make a batter of dosa consistency.
- Heat tawa and bring it to medium fire.
- Smear ghee on the tawa and pour one laddle of batter and spread it like a thick dosa.
- Top it with some grated coconut.
- Once the top is cooked, turn it upside down and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from tawa &Serve hot.
