Sweet Wheat Dosa

INGREDIENTS:
  • Wheat flour-2cups
  • Sugar - 4 Tbsp
  • Cardamom powder-1tsp
  • Grated coconut -1/2 cup
  • Ghee for roasting dosa.
  • warm water - 2 cups
METHOD:
  • In a large bowl mix together wheat flour, sugar and cardamom powder.
  • Add water to this wheat mix to make a batter of dosa consistency.
  • Heat tawa and bring it to medium fire. 
  • Smear ghee on the tawa and pour one laddle of batter and spread it like a thick dosa.
  • Top it with some grated coconut.
  • Once the top is cooked, turn it upside down and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Remove from tawa &Serve hot.
