Yeriappa

INGREDIENTS:
  • Rice - 1 Cup
  • Fresh  grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery/Molases - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for deep frying 
METHOD:
  • Soak Rice for one hour. Drain out the Rice.
  • Grind Rice, Coconut, Jaggery and Cardomom to a fine paste. 
  • Add water to this for to get a Dosa Batter consistency.
  • Heat Oil in a kadai or pan and take a spoonful of batter and pour it into the oil and deep fry until they turn brown. 
 




  • Remove from the oil using a slotted spoon and transfer to kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
