- Rice - 1 Cup
- Fresh grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Jaggery/Molases - 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil for deep frying
METHOD:
- Soak Rice for one hour. Drain out the Rice.
- Grind Rice, Coconut, Jaggery and Cardomom to a fine paste.
- Add water to this for to get a Dosa Batter consistency.
- Heat Oil in a kadai or pan and take a spoonful of batter and pour it into the oil and deep fry until they turn brown.
- Remove from the oil using a slotted spoon and transfer to kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
