INGREDIENTS:
- Mixed Fruits - 1/2 cup
- All purpose Flour - 1 cup
- Baking Powder - 1 tsp
- Butter, melted - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 1/4 to 1/2 cup
- Egg - 2 nos
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Grease a cake pan with butter and keep it aside.
- Beat butter & sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs 1 at a time.
- Sieve flour and baking powder
- Fold flour and baking powder into the butter -sugar mixture.
- Now add mixed fruits with them.
- Then add milk and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking pan.
- Bake in oven at 325 degree F for 1 hour or until a tooth pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow cake to cool in pan on a rack for 10 minutes.
- Turn cake out onto a platter. Serve warm or at room temperature.
