METHOD:
- Before juicing, roll each orange under your palm on a flat surface will help to extract more juice.
- Place each orange on its side, with the top of the orange facing either side.
- Cut each of them in half vertically.
- The juice can be extracted in a variety of ways. Squeeze the oranges by hand or with a hand squeezer or using an electric squeezer.
- Pour into glasses

- An average orange will yield about ½ cup of juice.
- To yield the most juice, an orange should be room-temperature or warmer.
- Oranges can be heated in the microwave for 30 seconds to prepare them for better juicing.
