This soft and tasty prepare Cocoa Powder Cake is quick and easy to make. It's simply delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
- All purpose flour – 1 and 1/3 cups
- Unsweetened Cocoa powder – 1/4 cup
- Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – 1/8 tsp
- Unsalted butter, softened – 1 Tbsp
- Brown sugar or white Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
- Egg – 1 no
- Water – 1 cup ( you can use milk instead of water)
METHOD:
- Grease an 8 x 2 Inch heart shaped baking pan with some butter or oil and lightly flour it.
- Preheat oven in 375 degree F.
- In a large bowl sift together all purpose flour, baking powder and salt. Keep it aside.
- In an electric mixer, beat butter on medium to high speed for 30 seconds.
- Add sugar and vanilla essence in it and beat until mix everything well.
- Now add egg and beat well.
- Now add cocoa powder and mix well.
- Add flour-baking powder mixture to the electric mixer and mix everything well.
- Add milk or water alternately to the beaten mixture , beat on low speed until everything well combined.
- Pour cake batter to greased pan.
- Bake it in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top turns golden brown and a tooth pick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Remove your tasty chocolate cake from the Oven.
- Allow the cake cool completely ( 20 minutes) before cutting and serving.
