I am sharing something cute and easy to make for all who love pistachios.
Empty Pistachio shells are one of the natural items that can easily be recycled into something more beautiful and useful.
Materials Needed:
- Pista Shells / Pistachio shells
- Thick Cardboard box without lid or thick Cardboard box lid ( Square or rectangle shape) I used a 20 X 13 X 3 inch, thick rectangular cardboard box as a base for this craft.
- Desired color acrylic paints or Permanent markers. (Don't use temporary colors as they will wash out) . You can also use nail polish to color the shells.
- Brown, green, yellow red and purple cardstock papers.
- Butter fly paper punch (optional)
- White or other color round beads OR Perler Beads ( for flower center)
- Graft glue
- Craft scissor
Work In Progress:
For making unique crafts, rinse pistachio shells clean, drain and dry. Either paint them with desired colors acrylic paint or apply glitter glue before gluing them together.
