Watermelon Oats Milkshake

Watermelon milkshake is a perfect cold refreshing drink on a hot summer day.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Seedless Watermelon, diced – 2 cups
  • Cold whole Milk – 1 cup
  • Oats – 1/2 cup

METHOD:

  1. If you want, you can cook oats by adding 2 cups of water in a small pot for a minute or two, stirring often until it becomes thick and bubbly.
  2. Remove oats  from the heat and allow  it to cool.
  3. Process the watermelon and milk together in a blender until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately.
