Kerala Style Chicken Fry

INGREDIENTS

  • Skinless,Boneless chicken Breast- 1 cut into small pieces
  • Coconut oil for frying

For Marinade

  • Curd – 2 Tbsp.
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp.
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp.
  • Black Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp.
  • Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp.
  • Salt to taste

METHOD:

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients for marinade and keep in the refrigerator overnight or at least for 30 minutes.
  • Heat coconut oil in a  pan and deep fry or shallow fry the chicken pieces until it is cooked, or until it is crispy and browned.

  • Serve it as an Appetizer or with rice, chapatti etc. Enjoy!!!
