INGREDIENTS
- Skinless,Boneless chicken Breast- 1 cut into small pieces
- Coconut oil for frying
For Marinade
- Curd – 2 Tbsp.
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp.
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp.
- Black Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp.
- Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp.
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients for marinade and keep in the refrigerator overnight or at least for 30 minutes.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and deep fry or shallow fry the chicken pieces until it is cooked, or until it is crispy and browned.
- Serve it as an Appetizer or with rice, chapatti etc. Enjoy!!!
