Easy biscuits


INGREDIENTS:
  • All purpose Flour - 2 cups
  • Butter - 3/4 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
METHOD:
  • Combine and mix all ingredients together. 

  • Pour out on floured waxed paper. Pat the dough out with your hands until dough is not sticky (add a little flour if necessary).
  • Take a small amount of cookie dough, shape it to a small ball.
  • Flatten it and then shape with a cookie cutter or you can shape the cookie even with a glass.
  • Bring remaining dough together and repeat kneading, rolling and cutting. Bake on a cookie sheet at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 20-25 minutes.
