Easy Eggless Brownie

 INGREDIENTS:
  • All purpose flour/Maida - 5 tbsp
  • Powdered Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Chocolate Syrup - 6 tbsp
  • Unsalted Butter - 4 tbsp
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
  • 2  microwave safe coffee or tea mug/cup/glass
  • m&m Chocolate Candies - 5 nos
METHOD:
  • Melt the butter in microwave using a microwave safe bowl and let it cool. 
  • Now add Milk and Vanilla essence to it and whisk well.
  • Take All purpose flour/Maida in an another bowl.
  • Add all the wet ingredients with the All purpose flour/Maida and mix well.If you want, you can use Cocoa powder instead of Chocolate Syrup.

  • Then transfer the cake batter to the microwave safe coffee or tea mug/cup/glass. 
  • Fill only half glass.If you like, you can pour 1 tsp of Chocolate Syrup on the top of batter.
  • Microwave it for 2 minutes. The surface would be soft and dry by the time. 
  • Let it sit for a couple of minutes and and then remove from the microwave.




  • Now crush the m&m Chocolate Candies and spread it on the top of Eggless Brownie.
  • Easy, Eggless Brownie is ready to serve. 
  • Enjoy while it is still warm.
  • It also can be served with Vanilla ice cream or some chocolate sauce.
