- All purpose flour/Maida - 5 tbsp
- Powdered Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Chocolate Syrup - 6 tbsp
- Unsalted Butter - 4 tbsp
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
- 2 microwave safe coffee or tea mug/cup/glass
- m&m Chocolate Candies - 5 nos
METHOD:
- Melt the butter in microwave using a microwave safe bowl and let it cool.
- Now add Milk and Vanilla essence to it and whisk well.
- Take All purpose flour/Maida in an another bowl.
- Add all the wet ingredients with the All purpose flour/Maida and mix well.If you want, you can use Cocoa powder instead of Chocolate Syrup.
- Then transfer the cake batter to the microwave safe coffee or tea mug/cup/glass.
- Fill only half glass.If you like, you can pour 1 tsp of Chocolate Syrup on the top of batter.
- Microwave it for 2 minutes. The surface would be soft and dry by the time.
- Let it sit for a couple of minutes and and then remove from the microwave.
- Now crush the m&m Chocolate Candies and spread it on the top of Eggless Brownie.
- Easy, Eggless Brownie is ready to serve.
- Enjoy while it is still warm.
- It also can be served with Vanilla ice cream or some chocolate sauce.
