Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter-Apple Cake
INGREDIENTS:
- All Purpose Flour - 1 cup
- Egg - 1
- Brown sugar/White Sugar - 1/2 up
- Extra Crunchy Peanut butter - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- Apple, Peeled and chopped - 1 cup
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 360°F.
- Grease a pan well with butter.
- In a mixing bowl,beat egg until fluffy.
- Add brown sugar to this and mix well.
- Add peanut butter, milk, and vanilla; and mix well.
- Stir in flour, cinnamon, and apples by hand just until combined. If you need, beat with a hand mixer, whisk or spoon until the mixture comes together.
- Pour the batter into the cake pan and level the batter.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or it is until done.
- You can insert a wooden pick in the center of the cake to test if the cake is fully baked.
- Allow Peanut Butter-Apple Cake to cool completely before cutting into desired shape and serve.
