INGREDIENTS:
- All purpose flour - 2 cups
- Brown /White Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Chocolate syrup - 1/2 cup
- Baking soda - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Unsalted Butter, melted - 1/4 cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Cold Milk or water - 1/2 cup
- Preheat ovan to 350° F.
- Grease a 9-inch square pan with butter and keep it aside.
- In a large bowl sift All purpose flour, Brown /White Sugar,and Baking soda together.
- Add remaining ingredients in it and beat until almost smooth with a hand mixer. It will take 4 to 5 minutes.
- Pour the batter to the greased and floured 9-inch square baking pan.
- Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick or cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
- If you want, frost cake or serve with whipped topping.
- Slice the cake in desired shape and serve.
