Simple Eggless Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS:
  • All purpose flour - 2 cups
  • Brown /White Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate syrup - 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Unsalted Butter, melted - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Cold Milk or water - 1/2 cup
METHOD:
  • Preheat ovan to 350° F.
  • Grease a 9-inch square pan with butter and keep it aside.
  • In a large bowl sift All purpose flour, Brown /White Sugar,and Baking soda together. 
  • Add remaining ingredients in it and beat until almost smooth with a hand mixer. It will take 4 to 5  minutes.
  • Pour the batter to the greased and floured 9-inch square baking pan.
  • Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick or cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. 
  • If you want, frost cake or serve with whipped topping.
  • Slice the cake in desired shape and serve.
