ABO Milkshake

This is Apple Banana Oats Milkshake recipe.

Homemade juices, smoothies  and milkshakes can be a great nutritional supplement for almost any diet and keeping body in healthy.

INGREDIENTS
  1. Ripe  Jamaican banana – 1 no
  2. Apple, (Peeled, cored and chopped)– 2 nos
  3. Oats – 1 cup
  4. Fat free Milk – 1 cup
  5. Warm water – 1 cup
  6. Cardamom Powder  – 1 pinch (optional) [ you can use 2 drops of Vanilla essence instead of  Cardamom Powder )
  7. Honey – 1 or 2 Tbps.

METHOD:
  • Boil the milk and allow it to cool.
  • If you want, you can cook oats by adding 2 cups of water in a small pot for a minute or two, stirring often until it becomes thick and bubbly.
  • Remove oats from heat and allow it to cool.
  • Now place all the 1 to 7  ingredients in a blender /juicer and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
  • Serve immediately or  Chill in refrigerator ,  pour into glasses and enjoy.
