INGREDINETS:
- Apple (Peeled, cored and chopped) - 2 nos
- Carrot (Peeled and grated) - 2 nos
- Celery stalks – 3 nos, large
- Water or Milk – 1/2 cup (optional)
METHOD:
- Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
- Core and peel apples. Cut into segments.
- Peel and chop carrots.
- Cut celery into 1-inch sticks.
- Run all ingredients through a juice or blender and and blend until creamy and smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately . If you want, add ice cubes and serve.
