INGREDIENTS:
- Peaches – 4 nos
- Oats – 1/2 Cup (old fashioned rolled oats recommended)
- Milk – 1 cup
- Warm water – 1 cup
- Honey – 3 Tbsp
METHOD:
- If you want, cook oats by adding 2 cups of water in a small pot or pan for a minute or two, stirring often until it becomes thick and bubbly.
- If you want, you can boil the milk and allow it to cool.
- Slice the peaches in half. Cut or scoop out the peach flesh.
- Now place all the 1 to 5 ingredients in a blender /juicer and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- Chill in refrigerator or pour into glasses immediately and enjoy.
