Homemade juices, smoothies and milkshakes can be a great nutritional supplement for almost any diet and keeping body in healthy.
INGREDINETS
- Ripe Jamaican banana – 1 no.
- Oats – 1 cup
- Whole Milk – 1 cup
- Warm water – 1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder – 1 tsp.
- Honey – 2 tsp.
- Cardamom powder – 1 pinch
METHOD:
- Boil the milk and allow it to cool.
- If you want, you can cook oats by adding 2 cups of water in a small pot for a minute or two, stirring often until it becomes thick and bubbly. Remove oats from heat and allow it to cool.
- Now place all the 1 to 7 ingredients in a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- Serve immediately or Chill in refrigerator, pour into glasses and enjoy.
