Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie

Homemade Juices, Milkshakes and Smoothies can be a great nutritional supplement for almost any diet and keeping body in healthy.

Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie (4)

INGREDIENTS

  • Fresh blueberries – 1 cup
  • Whole Milk – 2 cups
  • Old  fashioned rolled oats – 1/2 cup
  • Honey – 1 Tbsp.

    METHOD:

  • Boil the milk and allow it to cool. (If you prefer to use chilled milk, take directly from refrigerator, no need to boil it.)
  • If you want, you can cook oats by adding 2 cups of water in a small pot for a minute or two, stirring often until it becomes thick and bubbly.
  • Remove oats from heat and allow it to cool completely.
  • Now place all the 1 to 4 ingredients in a blender /juicer and blend on high until creamy and smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
