Homemade Juices, Milkshakes and Smoothies can be a great nutritional supplement for almost any diet and keeping body in healthy.
INGREDIENTS:
- Fresh Blackberries – 1 cup
- Very ripe banana – 1
- Whole Milk – 1 cup
METHOD:
Place all the ingredients in your blender and blend on high about 1 minute, or until all ingredients are incorporated together. Pour into two glasses. Serve immediately.
Depending on your tastes, you can change the amounts of milk, berries and banana and it will still be delicious!
