INGREDIENTS
- Ripe Jamaican banana – 1 no
- Apple, (Peeled, cored and chopped)– 1 no
- Oats – 1 cup
- Fat free Milk – 1 cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1 pinch (optional) [ you can use 2 drops of Vanilla essence instead of Cardamom Powder )
- Honey – 1 or 2 Tbps
- Water – 1 or 1 and 1/2 cup
METHOD:
- If you want, you can boil the milk and allow it to cool.
- If you want, you can cook oats by adding 2 cups of water in a small pot for a minute or two, stirring often until it becomes thick and bubbly.
- Remove oats from heat and allow it to cool.
- Now place all the 1 to 7 ingredients in a blender /juicer and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- Chill in refrigerator or pour into glasses and enjoy.
NOTE :
Instead of Cardamom powder you can use Vanilla essence. Usually most of people using Vanilla essence to get nice flavor. But I like cardamom flavor.
