Chicken Fry

chicken fry (4)Ingredients For marinating chicken:

  • Boneless chicken (cleaned & Cut into small pieces) – 1/2 lb
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 ½  tsp
  • Black pepper powder – ½  tsp
  • Red chill powder -  ¼ tsp 
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Meat masala – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp 
  • Salt as required

    METHOD:

  • Clean the chicken and cut them into small pieces.
  • Mix chicken pieces  in all the marinating ingredients. Marinate the chicken for 1 –2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry the chicken on low-medium heat until it turns brown on all sides. This may take about 10-15 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
  • Transfer the fried chicken pieces to a serving dish and add  some freshly squeezed lemon juice on top before serving.
  • If u need, u can decorate the chicken fry with thinly sliced onion and tomatoes.chicken fry (1)
